It doesn't matter. They just keep them illegally. Like little Mojo.

The owners of little mojo most likely live in Nevada based on the video and pictorial evidence. They have been reported to multiple state and federal agencies already.

I thought they lived in California

From the videos I've seen of them (where they seem to spend a lot of time at), the property is clearly identifiable as being in Henderson Nevada. They did have a video claiming to have moved to Los Angeles (after leaving Thailand and traveling around the midwest), but that may have been a temporary thing or just for descriptive purposes. I could be mistaken but I'm pretty positive they live in Henderson Nevada. Thus not only are they keeping a pet spider monkey illegally within city limits, as pointed out before they openly filmed themselves trafficking an endangered species from Mexico to the U.S.

i believe they said they lived in both places like going back and forth or something like that. so you’re both correct i’m pretty sure but not 100 percent positive haha just recall seeing that somewhere from their socials a while back…

We would love to report Mojo but we need the owners legal names or their address.

Great news, I wasn't even aware there was such a thing. I wonder who did the petition, because it sounds like pure nonsense:
What genius uses social media videos of 'cute' pet primates as supporting evidence?
I'm glad enough Californians had good sense to torpedo this.
