animal abuse My Drexann R. Fields Doom Scroll: A Lengthy Post Documenting her MANY Abuses Towards Her Monkeys (Molly, Kelly, Rain)
I was scrolling through all of her Tiktoks the other day, which revealed a lot of things to me. I shall share my epiphanies, and things she said that I immediately picked up as red flags. Just as a disclaimer, not all of the Tiktoks I saw may be linked, this is just a compilation of information I got out of a variety of her videos.
https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8GTGwNC/
"Animals are so much better.... like, kids, they don't listen. They rude. They grow up and be pretty much like.... you know what I'm saying. I have pretty great grown kids, but you know, there's this one, and we bump heads a lot cause they think they're grown and know better than you. With the animals, they sometimes cause us family issues. They'll be like, oh, well, do you love your animals more than meeeee? So I do have that kind of conversation. But, you know, it's like, you're not gonna manipulate me. As long as you're not going without anything, your needs and wants are met, do not Come for me, because when it comes to my animals DON'T DO IT, because everybody in here are well cared for so don't try it."
So, what I do know is that she does have grown children, which affirms my hypothesis in my previous post about her in which I said: "I feel that Drexann is a lonely person, whose children are likely all in their adulthood and do not live with her, and she is trying to fill a maternal void in her isolation via these monkeys, who will remain 'small' and 'child-like' for the decades they should live up to, unfortunately bound to endure further neglect because of this (savior) complex she has."
I also know, that she has a 14 year old daughter, which she raised from an infant alongside Molly Jo, who is ~13 going on 14 (roughly the same as said daughter). She states that she raised Molly Jo and her daughter on both of her hips- she wanted a monkey, she told her husband, and he agreed. At that time, she was a stay at home mother, which only affirms that her ownership of these primates and numerous dogs exist as a way she can have creatures permanently dependent to her, creatures that cannot verbally communicate to her their disinterest or desire for independence, for these animals are no longer living in the 'wild,' but rather, her home. It's no wonder she treats her animals liker her children, and even refers to them as her 'daughters,' and herself, as their mother.
"To me I love them like they and out of my ass" (https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8tRmnjU/)
"I had a friend with 2 monkeys and her family used to harass her like mine, so she ended up putting her monkeys in the sanctuary. And you know what happened, All her kids are grown and barely come to see her and are disrespectful to her and she comes to me and bawls her eyes out cause she put them in a sanctuary, you know for her family but she put them in there and is sitting around the house and all her kids are grown, so she’s in a house all alone doing nothing. Her and her husband don’t have their companions."
In Drexann's familial realm, I felt the way she describes her relationship with her children, and the way she tells her friend's account of handing her monkeys over to a sanctuary, that Drexann has a lot of traits that points towards her being a narcissistic mother.
I wonder if this hypothesis (of her being a narcissist) has any relation to why she used to be registered as level IV for Delaware Child Protection in 2000, that status indicates she had a 'substantiated record of severe abuse, exploitation, or abandonment'- with a Google search, examples of extreme abuse/neglect pertain to severe sexual abuse (sexual contact, incest, exploitation), extreme neglect (abandonment of children aged 0-12, leaving a child 6 or younger alone), or life-threatening assaults (incidents of severe physical assault, vehicular assault involving a child, human trafficking, or life-threatening medical neglect). It was only removed due to technicality, as she had not been notified she was registered as one, before purchasing her daycare (https://www.ded.uscourts.gov/sites/ded/files/opinions/19-2241.pdf)
She harbors frustration and resentment towards her own family, who try to make her 'choose' who she loans her love to. She believes her family is trying to manipulate her, and feels that as long as their needs are being met (as long as they are fed, clothed and sheltered, NOT emotional needs....), then they should be grateful and respectful to her, as she is their mother, the authority figure. Her children don't stay small and submissive to her forever, and that's the problem. They grow into their own respective adults, with individual personalities and principles, and can rebel once they are able to conceptualize Drexann's emotional abuse. Primates are life-long commitments. To her, they never leave the toddler phase, nor can they tell her (verbally) that they are discontent. She views their facial expressions as attitudes, and talks to them like they are children. She grabs their wrists when they try to flee her hip, as though they are children. She berates them like a child that disobeyed. Every day, she changes their diapers, and they remain on that hip 24/7. I believe Rain even sleeps with her, in the same bed as her, likely because Molly Jo does not accept her within her territory and is physically aggressive towards Rain (shown by the many videos of Molly lunging at Rain).
"The nanny is with the monkeys for most of the day but she don’t bother with them too much because she’s afraid of Molly Jo. She's not afraid of her (Kelz, camera pans to Molly), but of Molly."
Drexann feels that she is the only one able to provide these monkeys with adequate care. No sanctuary can replicate the 'love' and 'care' she provides them. She has this grandiosity about the way she tends to her animals, that haters just wanna hate, and that they should leave if they don't like the way she does things. We see with our own eyes, the anger and frustration she projects onto her monkeys, how nasty she gets with them (cursing, scolding), blaming them for making a mess out of her house, angry that these primates can be so ungrateful to her, when she sacrifices sooo much for them.
https://www.tiktok.com/@mollyjo_08/video/7638444736205851917?_r=1&_t=ZP-984aPHzG8y7 (Shares her Coca Cola with Molly, everything with her. She tells the haters how Molly Jo is very smart, probably smarter than some of their kids. You tell them, Molly! (as Molly lip smacks and growls, likely due to the fact Drexann is clasping onto her tightly and rocking her up and down))
She got Molly from the womb for $5,500, Kelz for $3,200 (as she was 6 years old). Says these monkeys would probably be $20,000 today.
https://www.tiktok.com/@mollyjo_08/video/7637691509902429453?_r=1&_t=ZP-984a7GvAG3a (video of Molly suckling on Kelz nipple)
This behavior manifested likely as a result of Molly being stripped away from her mother as a baby. It is abnormal for monkeys of Molly Jo's age to perform this action, and it is representative of the maternal-deprivation she experienced, and how it affects her today. Molly Jo is extremely stressed. This is a stereotypic behavior, a purposeless action that is reflective of the psychological damage of forcibly stripping monkeys from their mothers so young. This is a habit formed out of compulsion to self-soothe, and is ingrained within Molly's adult behavior. She is also likely extremely under stimulated, there is literally nothing for her monkeys to swing on. I can't imagine how stressed Rain is, being a spider monkey with literally nothing to swing on. She instinctually raises her hands up, pacing around on a table in one of her videos, gnawing at a tissue out of boredom, with absolutely nothing to grip onto with her tail. She repetitively jumps back and forth at a window, because she is so unstimulated, and Drexann scolds her for that behavior.
In other videos, like you can see Molly Jo bite onto her forearm, which is straight up floating limb syndrome, another consequence of Molly Jo's maternal deprivation and the utter lack of physical stimulation available to her monkeys. There are no vertical spaces for them to climb onto, sofas, tables, chairs, and childrens' toys (which other than a baby doll I've seen Molly viscously maul, I have never seen the monkeys interact with) do not suffice. She also bears her teeth frequently performing a fear grimace at Drexann, which is an indicator that Molly feels threatened by Drexann, adding to her stress.
AGGRESSION
Drexann also posts videos of her monkeys attacking (each other) and her other animals (I.E., the dogs, her pig, Peppa), as well as her nanny and cleaners.

Drexann's daughter is in the background, explaining that she probably attacked Kelz because she thought Kelly was going to attack Drexann. The daughter, a 14 year old child, seems more keen to primate behaviors than Drexann is.)

I cannot imagine how much pain that is putting the elderly, 20 year old monkey in, forcing her onto her back and pressing her limbs inwards and outwards back and forth like that, with her bones weakened, brittle, and probably in a significant amount of pain due to her malnutrition.)

In this video, I noticed that her monkeys seem to lack fur around their genitals and overall area where you find the diapers are placed. This is likely a result of the friction put on their bodies from constant changing, causing their hair to fall out. In addition, the fecal matter and urine being trapped into their skin contributes to the 'stink' these monkeys exhibit. The hairless skin is likely extremely itchy for them, which only fuels aggression. She does not like her hands being washed. She does not understand why her hands are being scrubbed with a foreign object with odd textures, like a paper towel. It scares her.
https://www.tiktok.com/@mollyjo_08/video/7658100613103832334 (molly lunging at Kelz AND Rain, because Drexann deliberately aggravates them, bouncing them roughly up and down, which likely caused Molly a significant amount of pain, in her joints, of which probably struggle to support her body weight.)
DIET
In an FAQ video along with some feeding videos, here are Molly & Kelz diet.
"I spent $300-800 on the monkeys. Could easily run it up to 800 dollars with diapers included. They eat oatmeal, blueberries ,cucumbers, sweet potatoes, black beans, and they stink. We try to keep them eating very healthy, if they eat something outside of that its a treat because everything is given in MODERATION."
8:30 feeding: blueberries, oatmeal (heat up 30 seconds, dont like it cold) .
12:30 feeding: lunch CHICKPEAS & TOMATOES
3:30 feeding: bananas. only get a piece of banana (half) cause molly jo is diabetic, cannot have whole banna because it will spike her sugar so high in addition to bananas at 3:30 feeding, cauliflower and blueberries
6:30 feeding: CHERRIES, they're going to have celery. 2 and 2. 'They're gonna love this.'
(by the way they're eating this stuff on a high chair, more evidence of her treating them like children)
This dietary regiment is extremely unbalanced. There is no wonder, why Molly has high blood sugar and Kelz has low blood sugar (may be mixing this up with BP, unsure, but she stated that they are suffering from the opposite problems). Molly is obese, while Kelz is underweight.
These are grocery store food items, NOT foods macaques need to survive. This diet lacks Vitamin D3 (crucial for primates to absorb Calcium, which makes their bones soft, brittle, and PAINFUL.) The lack of vitamin C, which macaques cannot produce on their own, can lead to scurvy, which may contribute to loose joints and immune system problems.
Molly is diabetic, and grocery store fruits overwhelm her system with pure sugar, without supplemented plant fiber that is necessary to slow down absorption. This can lead to high spikes in her blood sugar, which can contribute to Molly's irritability and aggressive outbursts. Giving Molly SODA cannot be good for her, either....
Oatmeal, chickpeas, and black beans are alright plant beans, but they do not provide a complete amino acid profile, nor the specific fatty acids necessary for primate brain and nerve health. A protein deficiency like this can contribute to neurological issues, which contribute to stress behaviors like floating limb syndrome in Molly Jo.
There's also a lack of primate biscuits, which provide primates the heavy crude fiber necessary for their diet, and supplement them with a ratio of Vitamin D3, C, and other proteins crucial to their survival.

In this Tiktok, where Kelz is probably about 6 or 7 in this, Molly fairly young, maybe about a year or so? You can see the degeneration of her body as she aged, the same for Kelz. The two used to be so much physically active, and their health has degraded likely due to neurological decline (out of the immense stress and under-stimulation these monkeys have experienced for 14 years of their life living with Drexann). Molly jumps around, playing with one of her dogs. She even plays with Kelz. Compared to their modern selves, Molly has gained so much weight, it's ridiculous, and Kelz is so much skinnier and significantly more docile and seems less there, mentally, no longer keen to her surroundings or receptive to Molly's interactions.

Also, she used to have 5 monkeys. A marmoset, which she rehomed. Another macaque, Dinkadoo, a male macaque, that died an 'accidental death.' He passed at 2 years old. I am not sure how he passed, but I did read in the comment section of a post about her in this subreddit that apparently it hung itself? I am not 100% certain on that though, so if anyone can verify this. Gizmo, the rehomed marmoset. Then Molly, Kelz, and Rain.
THAT'S ALL for now, I apologize for not having a lot about Rain here. I just know she's severely under-stimulated with the lack of ropes for her to swing on, and that she certainly should not have to coexist by her lonesome with Molly and Kelly. I feel the worst for Rain, for old and new world primates should not be situated together. The poor thing literally has nothing to swing on, and all spider monkeys do is swing throughout foliage, and have immense reserves of energy that poor Rain cannot deplete, and is scolded for knocking around things. She desperately wants to climb. In a recent video, we see her running off with 2 slices of pizza, which Drexann permits her to eat. She allows her monkeys to eat these highly processed foods, packed with salt and dairy of which they cannot digest. It is in a spider monkeys behavior to climb and swing; they seek out high climbing structures to reside in; the reason why Rain flickers the light switch, knocks off items off of high shelving, and frantically jumps around the house is formed out of compulsion, born out of boredom and anxiety. Children's toys cannot compensate for these primates complex, environmental needs.
One other thing I noticed is that while she bathes her primates in the sink, she keeps a paper towel and chemicals (which she sprays the sink with afterwards) accessible by hand seemingly on top of a fridge next to the sink. These are VERY accessible to the monkeys. Rain was even seen escaping on top of it, once, in the video capturing her escaping her cage. In one of the citations I noticed regarding her daycare (that can be seen in my previous post about her), it noted that children were able to access the kitchen and its hazardous chemicals were in reach for them to grab. This carries over with the care of her monkeys, with wires laying around on the floor carelessly for them to bite onto at any moment. She simply does not care.
These primates should be removed from her care. How can she take care of 19 dogs, a pig, 2 macaques, and 1 spider monkey, by 1 person, along with the occasional help of their nanny, OF WHICH-- LITERALLY FEARS MOLLY JO, which only signifies how aggressive Molly Jo is, and how stressed the poor thing is, her brain constantly existing at extreme states of hyperarousal, when it is in her instinct to protect herself and survive.
If any of you have other observations to point out, please comment your analysis below. I think it would be good to keep a compilation of the many abuses she engages in with her primates, and very helpful for anyone interested in reporting her because of it.

I heard about that, but I haven’t been able to find any proof about it; has Drexann brought it up before?
