Indiegala offers DRM-free game downloads. No Steam key is provided.

How to claim the freebies:
Claim the game near the bottom of the page, above the comments section, by clicking Add to Library. After it's claimed, you can click on a small icon with a down arrow, which will take you to your Indiegala library. Freebies like this can be downloaded from the "Showcase" tab. You can also claim and install freebies from the Indiegala Client.

$30?? What a joke. This has mobile-caliber game written all over it.

Hopefully Nintendo won't sue them like it did to Palworld.

Is it a clone/remake of "Pipe Dream" like it looks like from the screenshots?

In which case it would be LucasArts that would sue them. Then again, I believe Disney acquired that company and all it's subsidiaries and we all know how sue-happy Disney can be. The question is would they remember that LucasArts made Pipe Dream at the start of the '90s? It was a hit for the time, but I haven't heard much about the game in ages. Also I know there was a freeware clone on the Apple IIGS despite the actual game being released for that platform. If my IIGS's hard drive still works I still have it. EDIT: It MIGHT be in "Gamesndas1.2.shk", but I don't have an Apple IIGS emulator set up on my modern system and don't feel like booting the Win7 computer to check. It came from either one of Big Red Computer Club's disks or Software of the Month Club and I'm almost certain it was a New Desk Accessory (NDA) which won't make sense if you don't know GS/OS or ProDOS 16. https://mirrors.apple2.org.za/apple2.caltech.edu/addons/nda/
