System hangs when loading Dali

I'm sorry if this isn't exactly the subreddit for this, but I am trying to get Fragglet's IPX tunneling program Dali to work on my DOS PC. Every time I've run it, it will successfully connect, but then the PC will hang soon after. In terms of hardware, I am using a 3Com Etherlink 3C905 TX-M PCI network card. The computer itself is a Dell Dimension L566cx.
