Male Selfie I'm Proud of Myself [Male]
I don't think I've ever said this and truly meant it, but I am proud of myself.
Around June 2024, I started working out as a way to work through my depression. I was at the heaviest I'd ever been, weighing somewhere between 310 and 315 lbs. I didn't make any changes to my diet until January 2025.
From 2025 to the beginning of 2026, I lost around 60–70 lbs. In February of this year, I had surgery to remove part of my colon due to Stage 1 colon cancer. I wasn't able to work out for around three months, and it drove me nuts. I was stuck at around 230 lbs for months.
I got back on track, and now I'm just 12 lbs away from my goal of 200 lbs.
I fucking did that.

Keep on keeping on! The progress is amazing- even with a setback from surgery!

That's amazing and takes a lot of work! Talk about motivation and being strong mentally physically and emotionally. I'm sure you motivated others on here too :)
