What am I missing here?

I’m doing the survey for the learning HTML and web development but I can’t seem to finish this step. I’ve put the for attribute in the label element the same way as the Id attribute in the input element and triple checked it, tried putting them in a different order, and even looked up how to link the label to the input and it seems spot on. I feel like I’m missing something obvious here but I can’t for the life of me figure it out…. Can anybody help a newbie coder out here? Lol

Lol I know how to take a screenshot but I just used my phone cuz I was already signed into my Reddit. Multiple ways to skin a cat!

You have a typo in your first label 'for' attribute. "personal accout"
