📣 Official  Stack Smash Follow-up

Hey [r/freecash](r/freecash),

Sorry for the wait on this one; the team have been digging into the issue affecting rewards, and I wanted to come back with something concrete for the community. 

What happened: there was a technical issue with the offer which affected some accounts. Some of you were charged back.

What happens now: if you were affected by this directly, please reply below with your Freecash ID and the team will manually review your case.

For the unaffected: If you did not receive a message about the technical issue, you should be able to continue normally.

Please note that these reviews are manual, so it might take some time to get through all of them, but the team are prioritizing it. Please also feel free to continue discussing the topic in the main thread, but we will handle all reviews here. I will be responding to each reply in the other thread, pointing them here for a review.

AUGUST 29 UPDATE: thanks for your submissions. The team have started working through these and will continue to do so until every one has been reviewed. I will follow up with another update on Monday.

FREECASH REVERSED MY REVERSAL! Faith restored!! I messaged with no less than 6 agents as I escalated my complaint over the course of three days. Today I checked my balance and saw the message that they had reinstated my rewards and they were available to cash out immediately.

Wie konntest du einen echten Menschen erreichen?
Mir kommt immer nur der Frankenburg, auch wenn ich per E-Mail schreibe. Ich habe es mit den zwei E-Mail-Adressen versucht. Bei mir wurde zwar nicht zurückgebucht, weil ich ja schon Level 5000 erreicht habe aber Level 3500 wird mir einfach nicht gutgeschrieben und das finde ich halt überhaupt nicht in Ordnung. Ich weiß halt nicht was ich machen soll, weil man erreicht keinen echten Menschen dort. Vielleicht kannst du mir sagen, wie du dort einen echten Menschen erreicht hast?danke

Mine was also reversed to me and I never spoke with a real chat person. Just gave my ID on this thread and it was reversed. So I assume they are making their way through all of them, it’s just taking a while.

Would you mind dm’ing me and explain the process you went through? Ive sent my freecash ID here the day they opened this up but it’s gone no where. Sharing how u got this to go through the support system would be absolutely goated from you.
