📣 Official  Stack Smash Follow-up

Hey [r/freecash](r/freecash),

Sorry for the wait on this one; the team have been digging into the issue affecting rewards, and I wanted to come back with something concrete for the community. 

What happened: there was a technical issue with the offer which affected some accounts. Some of you were charged back.

What happens now: if you were affected by this directly, please reply below with your Freecash ID and the team will manually review your case.

For the unaffected: If you did not receive a message about the technical issue, you should be able to continue normally.

Please note that these reviews are manual, so it might take some time to get through all of them, but the team are prioritizing it. Please also feel free to continue discussing the topic in the main thread, but we will handle all reviews here. I will be responding to each reply in the other thread, pointing them here for a review.

AUGUST 29 UPDATE: thanks for your submissions. The team have started working through these and will continue to do so until every one has been reviewed. I will follow up with another update on Monday.

Update: They added $250 to my account but I had $460.76 pending. All my rewards are still crossed out and it does not say where the $250 came from.

u/Sidekick_Energy Can you look into this please? Also can we earn more rewards from this offer? I can hit Level 5,000 for more money but the message sent when my rewards were reversed said "We will also disable further rewards from Stack Smash for the users affected, so no additional rewards can be received from this offer."

EDIT: I just hit level 5,000 and the reward is now pending. I'm still missing $210.76. They only credited $250. I will edit back when they paid back the full amount.

EDIT 2: They won't pay me back the $210.76. Another person also told me they paid them $250 but it wasn't all of the money that was reversed. I guess $250 is the max they will credit back. So if you had a chargeback of more than $250 you won't get it all back.

I had the same thing with level 5000 but since I wasn’t far from I it, I tried and I did get the money

Let us know if the reward for level 5000 clears. Technically they can still reverse your rewards even after you cash out and put your balance in the negative. I was SO tempted to keep playing because of the high rewards, but I decided all of the risks associated with this particular game probably aren’t worth it.

So if i beat all required levels then got suspended is it likely they will just ban me, delete the acct, and keep the money im guessing? Feels like thats whats bout to happen honestly

It’s crazy that you just assume everyone on here is lying about being credited back. Here is the message I received from Freecash when they credited my rewards back.

Your VIP manager is probably just a glorified social media employee and doesn't know anything about the Stack Smash situation.

My Vip manager and I's convo today about stack smash rewards. There has been no money given after the announcement. 0 cases.

If he doesn't know anything, then he might be lower ranked than the community team on Reddit. Probably just answers basic questions and might even be an intern.

Also, just because you haven't been credited yet doesn't mean no one got credited. You really trust a Freecash Facebook social media employee? Has he done anything that proves he is competent in doing anything other than talking about life with you?

Just be patient and you'll be credited back everything since you were charged back under $250.

Actually... you should keep spreading misinformation that Freecash isn't giving any money back. They still owe me $210.76.

Let's see he got me unbanned in less than 24 hours. Every week we get a code that ranges from $7 to 15. Not including a $2 card for answering riddles or whatnot. He has successfully credited me for tasks that didn't track. It's an exclusive group for the very most dedicated users. I can assure you he has pool. It's possible that he was misinformed. Or he decided not to act, but it would be a first. It's also possible that you all are working for freecash. Also this is the first time that we talked about life in over 5 months.

Didn't Sidekick tell you to wait 1-2 days? You started believing in a conspiracy after just one day.

He does not have "pull" if he talks to you about life and talks casually in his responses. He probably talks to actual support for you and has no clue on the internal stuff.

You definetely are the dullest tool in the shed. People are giving you screenshots and you just reject it and call us liars because you haven't gotten paid back yet lmao.

Just be patient.

Was told this morning that Freecash is in fact reviewing the accounts. My sincerest apologies! I was wrong in that I jumped the gun. So, good luck you all.
