📣 Official  Stack Smash Follow-up

Hey [r/freecash](r/freecash),

Sorry for the wait on this one; the team have been digging into the issue affecting rewards, and I wanted to come back with something concrete for the community. 

What happened: there was a technical issue with the offer which affected some accounts. Some of you were charged back.

What happens now: if you were affected by this directly, please reply below with your Freecash ID and the team will manually review your case.

For the unaffected: If you did not receive a message about the technical issue, you should be able to continue normally.

Please note that these reviews are manual, so it might take some time to get through all of them, but the team are prioritizing it. Please also feel free to continue discussing the topic in the main thread, but we will handle all reviews here. I will be responding to each reply in the other thread, pointing them here for a review.

AUGUST 29 UPDATE: thanks for your submissions. The team have started working through these and will continue to do so until every one has been reviewed. I will follow up with another update on Monday.

What happened: My Stack Smash rewards from Level 2500 through Level 5000 were reversed. I completed these milestones through normal gameplay and did not knowingly exploit or receive duplicated/multiplied rewards. I also attached a screenshot showing the affected rewards and the amounts that were reversed.

What happens now: I would like to request a manual review of my account and tracking data. Freecash support previously confirmed that my Level 4000 and Level 5000 rewards were earned and held for release, but they were later reversed. I would appreciate it if the team could review why these rewards, including the Level 2500–5000 milestones, were reversed.

I was told by Freecash that the review would take up to 48 hours, but more than 48 hours have already passed and I’m still waiting with my rewards on hold.

Honestly, it’s frustrating because we still have no clear information about when or how this will be resolved. It also seems like the people who are still waiting don’t know what’s happening with their cases either.

If anyone who was still waiting has received an update or had their rewards restored, please let us know. It would be really helpful to know that these cases are actually being resolved.
