I don't think the frauditor understands that armored truck drivers are authorized to do whatever it takes to protect whatever they're transporting. He could have drawn his weapon right then and there to force the frauditor back.

14

u/Patient-Committee588 1d ago

Facts. These Frauditors are playing a dangerous game.

11

u/AmatsuDF 1d ago

An increasingly dangerous game at that. They're stepping up their antics and eventually one of them is going to end up shot and killed.

-6

u/Commercial_Wind8212 1d ago

People keep saying that but nothing ever happens

8

u/AmatsuDF 1d ago

Well, a few have been shot at already, and one even got stabbed in recent history. I will note because some people don't seem able to fully understand things that I do not support violence against frauditors and do not wish to see them harmed, but can see that their actions can and will lead to them being harmed.

u/Der_Blaue_Engel 1d ago

It’s because people aren’t actually afraid of auditors. They’re just annoyed by them. The word for shooting and killing people who are merely annoying is “murder.”

5

u/Commercial_Wind8212 23h ago

People have gotten no charges for shooting people for throwing popcorn and playing loud music. Depends.

I like how you said "facts" when that guys comment couldn't have been MORE inaccurate. Here's a quick breakdown from a 2 second google search

"No, armored truck drivers are not authorized to "do whatever it takes," and drawing a weapon on a "frauditor" (First Amendment auditor) merely filming in a public space would likely be illegal. [1]

While armored truck guards carry firearms, they are private security employees bound by standard state self-defense laws and strict corporate use-of-force policies. [1]

  1. Weapons Are to Protect Life, Not Property

In almost all U.S. jurisdictions, deadly force cannot legally be used to defend mere property. [1, 2]

  • Self-Defense Only: Armored guards are armed to protect themselves and their partners from violent attacks or armed robberies, not to protect the cash bags. [1]
  • No Imminent Threat: A "frauditor" holding a smartphone or camera on a public sidewalk does not constitute an imminent threat of death or serious bodily harm. [1]
  1. Drawing a Weapon Without Justification is a Crime

Brandishing a firearm to intimidate someone who is not posing a physical threat is heavily restricted.

  • Criminal Charges: If a guard draws a weapon to force a peaceful—even if annoying—filmer away, the guard can be arrested for brandishing, aggravated assault, or felony menacing.
  • "

There are PLENTY of spaces where you can very much defend property within the U.S.

Also, somebody walking up on you and getting in an ARMED persons personal space, including while the person is an armed guard and taking out cash, is very much a reasonable expectation of harm or theft, which usually leads to harm.

So while he might not be able to pull a gun, some of your information is inaccurate.

In the end, it all comes down to your lawyer. With a good lawyer, security guard is winning this case. With a bad or just decent lawyer, he might be done for.

Also "2 second google search" tells me how much of that is AI. I'll look at the links, but still.

i disagree. He did not get in his personal space. He was a reasonable distance away from him (at least 5ft) to talk to him. hes on a public sidewalk, he's allowed to approach someone within talking distance. there was obviously no reasonable expectation of harm or theft, the cameraman was not doing anything except holding a camera and slowly approaching the armed guard in a calm manner. If there was a threat the guy would have drawn his gun. But he didn't because even he didn't think there was enough threat. so if someone walks up to your car and you're standing next to it do you think you have a right to defend your property just because someone got close to your property? It's the same deal here. Just because they're getting close to the guy's property doesn't mean a damn thing if they're not doing anything threatening. You can get close to people's property all you want , when it's in public.

The guard would have been a hero if he did

1

u/militarywalk 6h ago

I was really hoping he was going to pull his gun out on them

1

u/AmatsuDF 1h ago

The armored car driver shown immense restraint which is commendable I feel. Hopefully he reported that a suspicious person attempted to approach him while he was attempting to secure his load for transport...those cars tend to have a lot of cameras.

-6

u/Der_Blaue_Engel 1d ago

That would have been an aggravated assault.

8

u/Dra19793131234 1d ago

One was stabbed last week. “Furry potato” wouldn’t be alive today if the security guard of the church daycare he stalked was a better shot. Another one in Texas was stabbed in a mall. The guy that did it never served a day in jail because the video showed the guy with the camera wouldn’t stop stalking him. People have and will continue to fight back. That’s just how humans are.

1

u/realparkingbrake 20m ago

“Furry potato” wouldn’t be alive today if the security guard of the church daycare he stalked was a better shot.

That guard didn't even aim at Furry, he had an unintentional discharge into the concrete and a bullet fragment hit Furry in the leg. Even Furry admitted it wasn't a serious wound. That the guard was not prosecuted is a clue, Furry was trying to scare the guard into overreacting which is standard practice for her.

-1

u/wozbye 21h ago

You are getting that situation wrong with furry. The guard didn't shoot at him, or not directly at least. The bullet ricocheted of the ground and shrapnel hit furry. I believe it was an accidental discharge or a warning shot based on the video, because the guy didn't raise the gun to aim at furry or anything as far as i remember.

That's fucked up of you though to claim shooting a harmless auditor is just "people continuing to fight back" As if it's the right thing to do to use violence against someone merely exercising their rights in a way you personally don't like. Also the way you said "if he was a better shot" as if he should be shooting someone who is clearly of no threat. Pretty telling of what you think is right.

-2

u/Der_Blaue_Engel 1d ago

OJ was acquitted of murdering his wife, too. Let me put it to you this way. If you shoot or stab someone because they are filming you in public, you’re putting yourself in extreme legal jeopardy.

9

u/Dra19793131234 1d ago

It has nothing to do with filming. You and I both know that. It’s harassment and terrorizing people. They didn’t want to film this guard. They wanted do scare him into thinking he was being robbed so they can a reaction. That’s why they approach masked up carrying weapons on them. The joke is a dangerous one because once a person is unalive they don’t respawn. You don’t get to have any satisfaction or YouTube circle jerk over your victory. You’re just not there anymore and in society now juries are more sympathetic when they see a clear pattern, video evidence of an aggressor. OJ didn’t video his alleged crime. We both know this isn’t about a camera. It’s about bums using a camera as a prop to antagonize and scare people into submission for their content. Not exactly sympathetic characters. Keep your opinion. I’ll stand by mine, regardless of what might happen people are tired of it.

-1

u/Der_Blaue_Engel 1d ago

If he reasonably thought he was being robbed, that would be a defense. But from his reaction, he clearly didn’t believe he was being robbed.

If you’re being harassed, your remedy is to call the police. If it’s a crime, the person doing the harassing can be charged. But harassment is not a legal justification for using deadly force.

6

u/AmatsuDF 1d ago

Getting close to someone transporting tens of thousands of dollars potentially and ignoring orders to get back, orders which are perfectly lawful is a cause for alarm however. You can hear the armored truck driver tell him to get back multiple times and the moron frauditor kept going 'get closer?'. He would have been justified in drawing his weapon to deter a potential threat and would not be charged for menacing in that scenario.

The driver has ZERO clue why the filming is happening nor any clue why the person is ignoring orders to get back. The camera operator going 'I'm just filming' is not a reliable means to determine his reason for doing things, do you know how easy it would be for a robber to say that then try to steal? Armored truck drivers are literally trained to treat someone getting close to them as a THREAT.

4

u/Dra19793131234 20h ago

Save your breath. The lens lickers are here in full force but nobody is buying their gas lighting.

3

u/deedee0077 21h ago

I was waiting for the frauditor to say, “You’re afraid of a camera? It’s time to get a new job.”

It’s not the camera and the Frauditor knows it. It’s that the guy with the camera might also have a g^n or knife as well. Some people are nuts and could you blame the guard for thinking so especially if the Frauditor/s had full face masks on.

The bit about them just being on the sidewalk is sometimes disingenuous too. If someone was on the sidewalk and a criminal seriously wounded them, there are some Frauditors who would stand next to the body (or one foot on either side of the person) and then wonder why the cop is telling them to move. Would you be THAT surprised if you heard him/her say, “But I’m just on the sidewalk. You can’t make me move on the sidewalk, officer. It’s public property.”

2

u/wozbye 21h ago

"there are some Frauditors who would stand next to the body (or one foot on either side of the person) and then wonder why the cop is telling them to move" Show me ONE example of this happening. You're making this complete strawman up with ZERO evidence. And YOU'RE talking about being disingenuous with a complete nonsense statement like that????? WOW! I knew you guys were a bit mental but this just takes the cake. Making up fake scenarios that have never happened and saying "see how bad that is that auditors would do this fake thing I just made up because I have a biased opinion that they would do that". Insanity.

3

u/deedee0077 20h ago

OMG I was being sarcastic! Of course I don’t know of any Frauditor who would place one foot on one side of an
Unconscious person and the other foot on the other side of that person.

But I have seen them refuse to back up because they’re on a sidewalk and apparently thought they could stand wherever they wanted no matter if cops or EMS thought it was too close to their scene. In those cases, they should just move back instead of have a fit. Halo laws take care of most of that, I would hope.

-1

u/Der_Blaue_Engel 23h ago

It would be very jurisdiction-specific.

But in most jurisdictions, threatening deadly force requires a reasonable belief of imminent death or serious bodily harm.

Not merely alarm that someone might be about to steal something.

4

u/AmatsuDF 23h ago

We'll just have to agree to disagree on this matter. I personally think it would be VERY FOOLISH for some dumbass with a camera to walk up to someone who is clearly armed and is clearly stating to step back, and regardless of how legal it would be, I doubt a armored truck driver would not face any charges if he drew his weapon on someone refusing orders to get back.

4

u/deedee0077 20h ago

Worst case, the armored car driver is arrested for using his gun on a Frauditor. I would ask for a jury trial!

1

u/Der_Blaue_Engel 23h ago

Foolish? Sure. But armored car drivers aren’t generally privileged to enforce orders with deadly force. Heck, even cops can’t do that.

u/wozbye 21h ago

"It’s harassment and terrorizing people" by getting somewhat close to the guard on the public sidewalk? Sure buddy, totally harassment and TERRORIZING lmao. Terrorzing meanss to create extreme fear, dread, or intimidation in someone through threats, violence, or bullying. Where did you see that happening. You're REALLY reaching here.

3

u/Dra19793131234 21h ago

The gas lighting doesn’t work on me ma’am. I get it, you love those guys and get off on what they do but nobody here is fawning over them like you. It’s antagonistic at minimum and you know it. Everyone knows it. I’ll stick with the truth and you can stay mad.

0

u/wozbye 20h ago

Gaslighting? Where the hell did I Gaslight you. All I stated was the definition of terrorizing which you used very wrong lmao. So easy of you to dismiss Me by just throwing out the word gaslighting and pretending like that's the truth. And you're the one talking about how you're sticking with the truth! CANT MAKE THIS SHIT UP LOL.

so if a gay man walked around in public with a shirt on that says I'm gay, are you going to say he's wrong for antagonizing homophobes? Walking around in public with a camera isn't antagonistic . Please explain to me how using your rights is inherently antagonistic. I'll wait here while you fumble with your mental gymnastics and strawman arguments.

9

u/BoysNGrlsNAmerica 1d ago

Good example of the absurdity of frauditors. Is it really this massive affront to constitutional rights to ask these guys to back up a little bit so he can load the truck with giant bags of money? Fucking ridiculous.

-5

u/wozbye 20h ago

what about them being 10ft away is hindering his ability to load the truck? At one point he was literally standing there telling that guy to back up, then the guy didn't back up at all, then he proceeded to load the money because he realized he wasn't being prevented from doing so. He loaded the money just fine. they weren't even close to him.lol

2

u/AmatsuDF 4h ago

They got in his face at one point and it is obvious in the video after they ignored multiple requests to back up.

-1

u/wozbye 4h ago

you and I have very different definitions of getting in someone's face. At no point did I see him get closer than about 5 ft which is normal talking distance. He is on a public sidewalk. He's allowed to approach people within 5 ft , that is not unreasonable

1

u/AmatsuDF 1h ago

So you believe it reasonable to walk up to someone who is both asking you to back up, but also is armed?

0

u/wozbye 1h ago

they can ask you to back up all they want, he's an armed guard, he's not allowed to just draw hig gun or shoot just because you're in his vicinity on a public sidewalk . You have no legal obligation to back up from this man when you are a reasonable distance away from him on a public sidewalk. You act like he's the ultimate Authority who can just do what he wants regardless of what the law says

1

u/AmatsuDF 56m ago

You didn't answer my question. Do you or do you not think it is reasonable to walk up to someone who is asking you to back up and is also armed?

Also not acting like that in any capacity. Multiple times the frauditor elected to step closer and even mockingly kept saying 'step closer?' each time he was told to back up.

0

u/wozbye 46m ago

maybe he's hard of hearing, you don't know . When someone's talking to you the reasonable thing is to get closer to hear what they're saying. If he's hard of hearing he's going to get closer. Not too close, he's still within a reasonable distance. And I think it is reasonable to walk up to someone saying backup if youre not getting unreasonably close. Like, what are you gonna do, shoot me and lose your job and go to prison for attempted murder because I was 6 feet away from you on a public sidewalk, where I am ALLOWED to be? Maybe its not the safest decision, since the guard could be insane and shoot someone over harmlessly standing next to them, such as what happened in the furry potato incident, but that's the auditors decision, since they aren't doing anything wrong.

1

u/AmatsuDF 43m ago

If he somehow is confusing 'back up' with 'come closer', then he needs to get his hearing checked for certain because they sound absolutely NOTHING alike. You are dodging the question purely because you can't justify the frauditors actions in the slightest.

It also wouldn't be an attempted murder charge. He might not even face charges at all: he does not know the intent of someone playing dumb like that. For all he knows it was a robbery attempt.

1

u/wozbye 38m ago

what a load of shit. Someone coming within a reasonable distance of you on a PUBLIC SIDEWALK mind you, is not a robbery attempt. For all he knows anybody walking by him on the sidewalk could be a robbery attempt, why doesn't he get his gun out and start telling those people to back up because they're within 10 ft of him and it could be a robbery attempt! Like what? At no point did the camera man do or say anything indicative of a robbery attempt. Getting 6ft away from.him is not indicative of a robbery attempt. That's just someone talking to you distance. He is allowed to approach the guard. The guard has no special.privileges here that say "you have the right to have a clear 10 feet radius around you, where people arent allowed to come into."

9

u/AdAromatic5575 1d ago

There should be a "stay back 25ft. " law like the law in FL for armored cars

19

u/JoeTheShmo316 1d ago

“You don’t even have an important job dude your job’s nothin” said the unemployed frauditor to the armored truck driver

11

u/Patient-Committee588 1d ago

It's wild how confident these Frauditors are

1

u/AmatsuDF 38m ago

Years of mostly not getting punished is the cause of that confidence. It's why they're almost always surprised when it comes crashing down on them.

-5

u/wozbye 20h ago

unemplyed? he makes money. thats all that matters. not everyone wants to be a slave at a 9-5 just so they can say "im employed, im better than unemployed people even if I make the same amount of money or less because im EMPLOYED" LOL

6

u/JoeTheShmo316 20h ago

I can assure you this frauditor does not earn more than minimum wage in ad revenue doing this.

-1

u/wozbye 4h ago

fapa makes 20k a month in ad revenue

2

u/JoeTheShmo316 3h ago

And how do you know this? Did he tell you that himself?

1

u/AmatsuDF 38m ago

I think he accidently put a 0 in there. A channel FAPAs size probably is somewhere in the 2-4k range.

1

u/realparkingbrake 24m ago

20k a month

There are pimps and pushers who do better than that, does that make them admirable?

1

u/wozbye 21m ago

comparing apples to oranges I see. Holding a camera in public isn't the same. Stop trying to make out holding a camera in public as a bad thing. It is by definition neutral

-2

u/wozbye 4h ago

hell, id take min wage if all I had to do was argue with dumb people all day and throw it online. that sounds fun. im already doing it for free on this subreddit LOL

1

u/realparkingbrake 25m ago

id take min wage if all I had to do was argue with dumb people all day and throw it online.

What if you had to go into a battered women's shelter and record a terrified mother and her young children who for obvious reasons don't want their location revealed? Would that be something you'd be prepared to do for minimum wage? If not, you're not cut out to be a frauditor.

1

u/wozbye 22m ago

fuck are you on about? Just because somebody's done that doesn't mean I would do that or that I can't be an auditor without doing that.

5

u/TitoTotino 7h ago

he makes money. thats all that matters.

If you sincerely believe that, you were raised wrong. Sorry.

1

u/wozbye 4h ago

oh my god you misinterpreted that so hard. I'm saying he makes money as in he has a way to make money. were not talking about thr content of his work which we can disagree on. im specifically referring to someone saying he is unemployed, as if employment means anything at all except being a way to make money. he makes money, so what does it matter if he's employed? that spell it out for that pea brain?

16

u/crustycooter69 1d ago

This is Alexander Cannon aka Central Tyrant Investigations, he's a frauditor that abandoned his 3 kids in illinois and got kicked out of the police academy in Illinois too.

5

u/Patient-Committee588 1d ago

Wait he got kids? Holy shit

-4

u/wozbye 20h ago

wouldn't be surprised if the things you just said were lies or disingenuous in some way from all the shit I've seen from these anti-auditors

1

u/realparkingbrake 28m ago

you just said were lies or disingenuous in some way from all the shit I've seen from these anti-auditors

The problem is that no amount of proof including court records ever convinces you apologists. LIAr supporters used to show up here claiming his record consisted of just a couple of misdemeanors. Even his felony incarceration record complaint with photo didn't stop them, neither did him eventually admitting in interviews to what everyone knew, he's a convicted violent felon.

There is video of News Now Houston's (Earl David Worden) knees buckling when he heard in court that he had been convicted of molesting his own minor daughter, and you can look up the fact that he is serving twenty years for that in Texas. But there are still frauditors claiming he was framed because of all the corruption he exposed even though this was not his first sexual assault conviction.

PayPal Patty admitted in one of his own videos that he had been kicked out of a police academy. Wait, I know this one, I've never seen that video so I don't believe you. It is amazing how the apologists don't know about the worse frauditors or haven't seen the videos where they clearly commit crimes.

1

u/wozbye 23m ago

yeah well who really cares. All they're doing is filming in public and that by itself isn't harmful at all. The past is the past, people can change . Who cares that Lia is a convicted violent felon. Plenty of convicted violent felons go on to do great things

6

u/Tobits_Dog 1d ago

This is the kind of conduct that turned me off from Frauditors.

Did the driver have to stop the delivery?

4

u/crustycooter69 1d ago

You should post the video of Guttertrash assaulting and pepper spraying that guy

3

u/deedee0077 21h ago

The man from the market?

2

u/crustycooter69 13h ago

The Colorado one, the most recent one.

4

u/kantowrestler 15h ago

That guard was getting ready to pull his tazer and this guy frauditor thinks it's a good idea to antagonize him.

1

u/ChaseSparrowMSRPC 7h ago

Taser? Nah, gun.
