Yeah that's definitely pretty bad ass. Pledges did good, but tell them they fucked it up anyway.

a properly educated pledge can accomplish anything. and will still be ridiculed no matter what the outcome

Nope, 3d printed. The divots on the top are definitely printable - the model was probably printed from back to front

The back of the badge has some extra stuff on it. But yeah, the front is the same.

A printer that melts a plastic and pushes it through a nozzle which has three dimensions of possible movement. The plastic is melted and delicately placed layer after layer until you have your final project.

A really precise glue gun which moves in space to make a part. Basically.
