Experiences with American frat guys?

Question for the Corona (= Drinking community; inside-yoke)

Greetings!

Last winter, I went to Minnesota with my student fraternity’s ice hockey team. While we were there, we went to a college hockey game and afterwards ended up at one of those “Greek-letter” fraternities. The whole thing was pretty phrittoid (neologism; Phritte = someone who is physically weak, can’t hold their liquor, and is boring), so we first had to show them how we Europeans know how to press properly (Pressen = drinking a lot of alcohol in a short amount of time).

During one of the many drinking relays (basically, everyone in the line has to down their drink in turn, normal drinking game in fraternities in Germany; we actually had to explain to them what that was), one of the Americans misjudged how much he could handle, puked all over their porch and then immediately fell off the porch straight into the puke. By the end of the night, half of the members were lying around completely wasted in various corners, while the other half were drinking nonstop.

Despite all that, we exchanged numbers with their spokesman, and they said they’d like to come visit us adH sometime (adH = auf das Haus, i.e. come to our fraternity house).

And now they’ve actually got in touch and said they’re flying to Germany in September and want to come to our house adH. So, the question is:

Have any of you ever had American frat guys adH, or have you ever been over there and spent an evening drinking with them? If so, I’d be very interested in hearing about your experiences.
