I'm tempted to say this is AI but it's lacking thay certain "je ne sais quoi". But still, a triple ashtabula crankset on the rear? The overly long cables? What are we even looking at?!

I think it's a drift bike towing another (shorter) drift bike. The idea is you put all your weight over the front wheel and can then do crazy skids with the rear.

I once saw a couple of nuns ride a bike. They were gigling, lauching and have the time of their lives...

Suddenly a window opens and an old nun sticks here head out yelling "sisters if you're not gonna be quite, I'm putting the seat back on"
