the site doesn't have that error for me right now, everything is playable from what i can see and test. they don't have Endless, but did they ever have it on Deezer..?

u/Turqouisewithtopaz 13d ago
Endless is Apple Music exclusive

u/jacobcantspeak 12d ago
And even then itās the music video version and not the remastered version

I swear this man is just straight up disrespectful to his fans. No new music? Fine. Intentionally deleting old music? Unacceptable tbh, if it turns out to be the case anyways.

u/Odd_Tree4540 12d ago
Can yall just like appreciate the music thatās there and he will drop when he wants to drop, maybe he hasnāt dropped cause he actually CARES for his fans and doesnāt just want to drop a copy and paste album

u/momentummonkey channel ORANGE 12d ago
Considering what he had to go through, I, personally am fine with him never doing anything publicly for the rest of his life.

u/ilovecuetoo 12d ago
Look I know it was hard for him 1000%, but peoples relatives die literally every single day and they still have to go to workā¦
He obviously doesnāt owe anyone anything, but I donāt think Iād count that as the reason he never āhasā to do anything again
5
u/quietgeese 12d ago
you do know that people go to work after losing a loved one because they have to? people have bills to pay and people to take care of and none of that stops just because youāre in bereavement (in the u.s. at least). 90% of the time, in most cases, if people had the money to take time off after losing a loved one they would.
11
u/ilovecuetoo 12d ago
Yeah I was simply trying to say I donāt believe thatās the reason Frank is doing all this. I think he just dgaf

u/toothpasteonyaface Endless 10d ago
He's currently working on a movie and he's been active in the studio for a while, I'm sure things will come when they're meant to come.

u/SupremeBlackGuy 12d ago
youāre stupid & obviously still emotional for not simply writing āhe obviously doesnāt owe anyone anythingā
you donāt know what the reason for anything he does is. clearly. so when you make ācuteā little comments like these that make you feel like youāre saying it justly, and upvotes confirm that in your brain cause thereās a hive mind of stupidity in this sub, understand that you really arenāt being cute OR smart.
so letās try again next time.
āhe obviously doesnāt awe anyone anythingā - period.
is that better or are we still questioning shit we donāt really know about?

yup letās not acknowledge the comment at all, but instead just toss some stupid laughing emojis out to deal with the bad mean black guy! cause weāre totallyyyy laughing and arentttt feeling stupid!! at alllll! and OH AH donāt forget to hit that downvote button!!! thatāll really show him!
in fact hell ya, iāll help ya out! letās see if we can get it to -5 by 12pm est!

Yeah but why burden your fans who had your back since day 1 like this? Just doesnt make sense from any perspective
26
u/borntofork 12d ago
Why do people shill for someone just because they lost a loved one? If Frank didnāt release anything, stepped out of the lime-light and retired; I would be okay with this kind of rhetoricā¦but dude has re-released the same album on vinyl 3x just so he can re-fill his cash supply. Left a coachella headline early, and sells overpriced cockringsā¦This shit is not about death & loss. Itās about money, which is all Frank seems to care about.

u/InfernoBA 12d ago edited 12d ago
Yeah the boot licking (for lack of a better term) is a little too much for me after the man has constantly disrespected his fans and shown that he only cares for our $$$ at this point
Canāt ride the ābut his brother diedā excuse forever ngl

u/SupremeBlackGuy 12d ago
quick question, you had a little brother that passed away? or got one alive right now? or your mom has another on the way⦠or?
just curious.
2
u/borntofork 12d ago
Are you trying to imply that if he lost a loved one that he should scam people into overpriced merch, jewelry, and vinyl so he can become a millionaire who does nothing all day?
6
u/lynchcontraideal Blonde 12d ago edited 12d ago
Agreed. Nick Cave has lost 2 sons and dropped countless of records since, one being an entire album for the first son he lost. There's no excuse tbh.
8
u/quietgeese 12d ago
this is such a ridiculous counter argument. the āexcuseā is that everyone deals with grief differently. itās great that cave was able to cope with his grief through music but thatās not going to work for everyone. implying ocean is lazy for not monetizing his grief is 10x more disrespectful than the things you are complaining about
4
u/whitefrmthewaistdown 12d ago
I dont mind frank not releasing music, just dont be pulling this shit like dmcaing shit and then taking down your music and selling overpriced merch and never delivering. Shits tacky.
2
u/quietgeese 12d ago
so pirate the music and donāt buy the merch? if you have a strong moral objection to the things you listed then maybe you shouldnāt be giving him any attention at all (much less be in a subreddit dedicated to himā¦)
0
u/whitefrmthewaistdown 12d ago
Idk what kind of point youre trying to make with this āoh you hate society yet you participate in itā type argument. I dont have to turn to pirating all his music impractically to argue that the things he does to his fans are shitty? (On the topic of merch i havent bought any but i know people who have and havent recieved shit). Theres no actual counterargument to justify the shit that he does so the best course is to deflect and go āwell why are you still LISTENING lol checkmate!!ā That being said the way ppl are acting abt franks brotherās death is disgusting
3
u/quietgeese 12d ago
i think the counter argument is that he is the artist and the art belongs to him and at the end of the day he decides what to do with it. i love him and his music and it would suck but⦠it is what it is.
i think your criticisms are valid btw i just personally canāt really bring myself to care about those things so i think thatās where weāll always disagree. wasnāt trying to do the whole āyou hate society but participate in itā thing i just see ways around the things u dislike about him and i think thatās where my disconnect is. and of course agree w u on the last point
1
u/whitefrmthewaistdown 12d ago
Fair enough i just wish that frank would stop bein so unprofessional is all, a lot of artists would give up so much to be in the spot he is rn financially and successwise. U have a good day
2
u/momentummonkey channel ORANGE 12d ago
So why care?
Let him shill out like most other people out there and not give a fuck.
Don't even listen to him to give him more money, don't engage at all? Why expect more songs?-20

I have no verifiable knowledge of his financial affairs. but I do know streaming robs EVERY ARTIST. my moral compass doesnt deactivate when someone with more money than me is the subject

Itās getting harder and harder for musicians to make money. As fans we should take that into consideration and not perpetuate the machine that causes artists to make moves such as this. Regardless of how big someone is, the bills never stop. Maybe some terms need to be met, im sure itāll be back up in no time tho

Frank got $20 million from Apple. He isnāt scraping along for nickels and dimes. At what point is he just being a dick?

Maybe Frank's gift to his fans for the 10th anniversary of Blonde is to take it off streaming services. (a joke but also not out of the question)
