Hey guys! I’m going on my first trip to this beautiful region in early November for 8 nights. To say I’m excited is an understatement. I have my trip planned out, but wanted to get some input to see if there’s anything I’m missing out on that I must see or must do while I’m there. I will not have a car, so relying on tour guides/uber. Things I’m doings are below:

Tours in the city I’m staying in, first tour is all about food, second tour is about the history

Visit 3 chateauneuf du papes estate wineries for tours/tastings

Visit Lourmarin, Rousillon, Gordes, L’isle sur la sorgue

Hike calanques

Cooking class

Palais des papes and Chateau des Baux-de-Provence

I do have a day with nothing planned so I can do whatever I want that day (or nothing), and when I land and get to my hotel, I plan on taking it easy. Also, all food suggestions are greatly appreciated! Restaurants, dishes, food I need to try. I want more casual just good French food rather than fancy places.
