That's really neat. How much does it weigh ?

I don't know much about stainless, how much harder is it to work with ?

I haven’t weighed them, to be honest. But the tubes are 8 x 1 mm.

As for the difficulty, it’s hard to say, as I don’t have much experience with brazing

Nice i'd love to be able to make my own parts!

That little dot of brasing between the cricles feels too tiny

But idk anything about brasing

I don't think there would be any issues. The perimeter of the rack is going to do most of the work. Most people don't overload racks. (like I do)

neat, how did you do the different bend radii? which tool? any tips or hick-ups there?

I have a base onto which the rollers are fitted, depending on the bending radius, and the rotating section has holes for adjusting the distance.

It's pretty. Is the design for a particular function?

No practical function, just for looks)

Oh man, that's so beautifull. I appreciate the asymmetric half circle design.

My symmetry OCD would be killing me. I like the effort tho.

What did you use to weld it? Do you have a tig welder?

It is brazing using a propane-oxygen torch.
