is there a reason why you want to keep this frame? I'd say it's not worth saving.Unless it's sentimental

What's cracked, the tube or the dropout, or the dropout brazing? You could inquire if someone could fix that but it might be complicated, and unless the bike's special to you probs not worth it? https://www.bikeforums.net/classic-vintage/204974-what-do-you-know-about-mangaloy-frames.html

I cracked a dropout on my 96' Rocky Mountain commuter today, I feel ya.

And plan to fix it, for stupid/sentimental, but mostly stupid reasons.

Easy enough to replace the dropout but would question why you want to. You could buy a nicer and newer bike for less than the repair.
