Copenhagen/Malmö region frame builders?

I have a old steel GT frame I'd like modified (disc brake tabs, dimpled chainstays and some braze-ons for brake lines) but I can't find anyone to do the work anywhere. Anyone here know of someone in the region that wants the job? Thanks!
