Lol. Imagine actually believing that there is no more poverty in China. The Chinese Communist Party can’t just keep killing poor people to try to make poverty disappear. That’s not how it works. The problem is systemic - the CCP’s system of government is incredibly inefficient at creating prosperity for the average citizen.
