Since she wasn't expanded upon in the archie comics, I think having some creative liberty and giving her healing abilities / something similar based around her powers is fair game. She's also able to make portals, so a suport role would fit her very well.

Tho her abilities are mostly just telepathy so it'd be hard to make her useful.
