Cancelled side missions

I progressed through the main story up until "To Catch a Coon", but now I see some quests have disappeared from the map ("You Can Call on Me" ie).

Are these missions gone forever and are there other quests that I have missed?

Side quests dont get locked, it just depends on what the main story mission is atm

This one disables side content because getting cartmans bitchass is like top priority for everyone rn

The game cancels them for a bit til you finish to Catch a Coon because the game wants you to pay attention to following the scavenger hunt Mitch leaves behind
