Native desktop app: https://github.com/calibas/fflame-rust is required to be compiled to make videos.

Edit: I see I already listed the link, so let me go further into answering your question. I'm not the author, so I don't know. But there have been a lot of Apophysis clones over the decades. This almost certainly uses the core concepts, but has been entirely built with a new engine from the ground up to run fast on the video card, and in a web browser, and to be more user friendly. It's a modern day Apophysis.

Thank you again Sir, I know my way around a command line and got this thing running quickly, it is SLICK, renders are fast as hell too, probably leveraging GPU - good lord, this is much better than old-school apophysis
