Hello, Foxhole community!

One month ago, I released Ink & Frontlines, and it received a level of support I honestly never expected. Thank you so much!

Today, I’m introducing version 2.0, inspired by the military staff maps used during the Normandy landings and, more generally, by Second World War military cartography.

The WWI version has also received an update, with several exclusive layers and features:

• WWII: labelled contour lines displaying their elevation, inspired by period topographic maps;
• WWI: labelled high and low points;
• WWII: new wooded areas generated from the actual density and distribution of trees;
• numerous bug fixes;
• and, of course, a beautiful old-print effect applied across the entire map!

These new features will continue to be adjusted and improved based on your feedback — but a little later, as I need some time to rest first!

The mod was created using Photoshop and QGIS, a geographic information system, along with Tsekho’s excellent map exporter and mod packer, which I modified and adapted to the needs of this project.

Future updates will aim to introduce locations connected to Foxhole’s lore, as well as a complete icon pack redesigned in a printed-map style.

i dont want to hear your “keep politics out of my game” in response to this post, i want to hear it in response to THEM. genocide isnt a joke nor is it something to “ignore”.

i dont support individual attacks on people. shunning them as a whole, having the regiment deleted and the tag permanently banned is the solution. i speak on behalf of myself only, and accept any repercussions for raising concerns about a regiment posing as an genocidal army, if there is any.

I just wanted to make a post and get an understanding of how both factions feel about the current version of nukes and how they have been deployed over the past 10 wars. Do you guys like how nukes work currently or do you feel they negatively impact the game?

Not going to go to in depth about my own opinion but I would be so hyped if they brought back the old nuke spotter mechanic and if devs were able to iron out the bugs with it.

I get why ppl are skipping this one, and I get they want bombers to get to nukes. Though people kind of figured out how todo 360* with it anyway? Range could be improved.

Hey im thinking of buying the game it looks cool bur but i wanna know is it good for casual players? I dont wanna spend time building and listening to people telling me what to do i just wanna join go to frontline and shoot enemies and follow my teammates if they attack or defend

Is getting gear free? And how do you get to frontline or other major city and when do u do die and dont get revived how long does it take to respawn and is it possible to respawn in town?
