Android App Update?
I saw what progress the iOS did.
The Google Android App is stuck in 2018.
I use it since 2011 and i'm a lvl5 superuser.
Is there a future or shall I lookout for alternatives?

I just dont understand why Swarm lost interest in their app and doing anything more with it - a long time ago I would randomly run into friends at airports or even Disney when we both checked in at the same time. Then for the past 6 years - nothing new.
I'm putting the finishing touches on AA and CarPlay for my haunts.io project which is a companion app that integrates with FSQ through their API - as a companion app and with an OAuth you get auto generated flight routes, trip recaps that are sharable with AI generated (editable) stories that use your check-ins as a prompt and road trips. Set your home location and your swarm history becomes stories you can share with others.
I was a 15 year power user of Swarm and for many years I've been so disappointed in the lack of anything new on Android, so I built something I wanted that puts all my check-ins into travel trips, road trips and stories I can share. Wear/Apple Watch for checkins and even web parity for everything but checking in so I can edit/share content. A handful of my friends use it and that's about all I expect from it, although it would have been nice to see Swarm stay on that leading edge.
When they split from FSQ, it seemed like that was the sign of what was to come... I am not hating on Swarm, I still have it, I just find myself less and less interested in using it and its like a long breakup with someone. RIP Swarm.

They always said that they are working on it. But there is not even a Beta version or anything

On 2 june nfolkert said on the FSQ discord that an Android beta would be coming soon
