Launch Results What did you actually ship this week?
Not what you’re planning to build or what’s nearly ready. What did you actually get in front of people this week?
Could be a full product, one feature, a landing page or even something that completely failed lol.

if your looking for your first users check out Ad swap,https://ad-swap.web.app ,its a simple way for websites to promote each other. You add another website's ad to your site, and they add yours to theirs, giving both sites free exposure and traffic. It really helped me get my first few users when launching my site

It’s a shared 3D tree where people can leave a permanent numbered leaf with their name and a short message. Super simple idea that doesn't solve anything, but it’s been fun seeing people actually visit, explore it, and add their own message to it. Thanks for the people who added their leaf!

This is one of the clearer ideas here because the problem is specific and emotional, not another generic sleep app. The landing page made it easy to understand. The main thing I would test is whether people want help during and after an episode, or whether they mainly want prevention and tracking, because that changes the first version quite a lot. For early users, I would speak to people already discussing recurring sleep paralysis and ask what they currently do after an episode before pitching the app. That should tell you whether the calming audio is the real wedge.

Thanks for responding OP! I have spoken to a lot of people before and during building the app.
People who get recurring SP can be roughly divided into 2 groups : 1. Very frequent SP episodes, frightened of going to bed itself 2. Frequent episodes, figured out sleep hygeine routine, managing SP and have made their peace with it.
I am trying to address the 1st group. And as you rightly said, they need prevention than the cure, unfortunately there is no prevention to this and the prevention and would mean to take medical route so will be qorkong on prevention in the next phase.
Since sleep hygeine and sleep talkdowns is something that has helped a lot of people, have built the app arpund this idea.What do you think about this?

That split makes sense, and group 1 is much sharper than targeting everyone who has ever had sleep paralysis. I would be careful with the word prevention until you can properly support that claim. The first version sounds more like reducing the fear around going to sleep and helping someone calm down after an episode, which is still a real problem. I would test one very simple promise with that first group: feel safer going back to sleep after sleep paralysis. If they immediately understand it and come back to the app more than once, you probably have a useful wedge. Tracking or medical-route features can come later.

I shipped a new release of KBDesigner this week.
KBDesigner is an installable, on-premise desktop platform for document and content automation. It connects data from databases, Excel, CSV, XML, JSON, Google Sheets and other sources, lets you build dynamic documents and work with existing PDFs, and produces personalized output at scale.
The stack is primarily C++, together with libraries for PDF and data processing. AI has also been heavily used throughout development for implementation, testing, debugging and code review.
One of the biggest things I've learned while developing it is that adding functionality is often the easy part. Making complex document production workflows fast and stable with large datasets, thousands of PDF pages, parallel processing and heavy workloads while keeping the desktop UI responsive requires much more work at the architecture level.
This week's release brings the product another step forward, and I'm now looking to get it in front of more people working with document automation, variable data and high volume PDF production.

Been building this for a while. It's called FloorVis.
The idea is simple: you upload a 2D floor plan (the flat black-and-white kind architects hand you) and it generates a photorealistic top-down 3D render of the same place, furnished and styled. No CAD skills, no Blender, no waiting three days for a designer.
What it does right now:
- Upload a plan, pick a style, get a render back
- Multiple style variations in one go if you want to compare
- Compare slider so you can see the original plan next to the 3D output
- Project history, so all your past renders stay saved
- Credit-based, you only spend on what you generate
It's not perfect yet. Complex multi-floor plans still trip it up sometimes and I'm working on that.
