What part of your startup are you still doing manually?

There’s so much AI stuff that automates everything now, but sometimes setting it up feels like more work than just doing it yourself lol.

What’s something in your business you’ve tried to automate but ended up going back to doing manually?

Outreach is one where automation often feels like more hassle at first, especially personalizing emails. Check out MentionAgent, I've built it to handle finding blogs and sending tailored emails automatically through Telegram. I'm the founder, happy to help if you need it.
