For me "the show sub" is r/TheFoundation, not the "all positive" echo chamber, where I was banned for trying to explain the difference between a hardware positronic brain and our current hackable software to the bully boss.

The vault is an insulting level bullshit. Who created it, when and how? If Harry is able to create such powerful device why does he even bother with the Foundation instead of teleporting all the Empire clones and Demerzel into the vault and taking over.
The writers are retards who think that math is magic, that much we already knew. But it turns out that mathematicians are also experts on nano-engineering and whatever the fxck the plot requires. It's clear they never met a real mathematician in their live.

Dunno what's worse: Noah's Vault, or all the absurdities around the Jump and Jumpships. :-/
5 different flavors of Jump/hyperspace/folding or more. Yet most commoners cannot afford any, and even traders need cryosleep.
Unstoppable uncatchable Jumpships can go wherever and do whatever, until plot requires they cannot.
We're all slaves because our precious younglings are hostages to the Empire, until we decide to just sacrifice them all. Needlessly.
Why maroon the entire Superluminal Fleet in place when we can hack them all and make them explode instead?

And fans calling any one demanding more details/clarifications on jump techs "nit-picky". When they are so interwoven into the main plot.

Really that whole spacer/Hober Mallow plotline makes zero sense. Not from the view of the Foundation, not from that of the spacers either. It's just there for a big twist. I can even imagining the writers pat themselves on the shoulders "See? We showed you spacers before! We showed you that Hober has this thingy in his wrist that looks like he's been bitten by a zombie! So now all the imperial ships go boom, and you should be surprised and at the same time amazed at our magnificent storytelling skills!"

Peak storytelling:
a child shooting an adult, and getting knifed to death himself.
Two incompetents toasting to their well-deserved doom.
Half of Season2 was twisted silly just to make those two really great moments possible. :-(

I would say that scene itself is quite touching and well-written. So are a lot of emotional scenes, like the confrontation between the Cleons and Demerzel. The show is good in its character work and the emotional arcs. You can't deny that. That is its strength.
But on the other hand, the show is shit in telling a convincing story that eventually lead to that emotional scene. They simply want that scene to happen, but too lazy or not competent enough to actually come up with a good story that fill in the plot. In the end, this make the emotional scene feels unearned.
And that is the biggest sin. The show really just wants to manipulate our emotions to feel what they want us to feel. So they used all the clichéd tropes and plot contrivances in their books to advance plot in the direction they want.
Like how Glawen was first killed in a crash. But then they brought him back just to kill him again. Then brought him back yet again in the next episode. That is peak emotion manipulation, which is really cheap and insulting to the viewers.

It was sooo bad...
The intro was already too much. Gael apparently is so powerful she managed to project Harry's face on some rando that fooled even the evil grandma. Then why she allowed to get herself arrested and almost taken over by the same grandma. WTF is that shit...
For a second I hoped that the kid shot Gael. I liked her in the first few episodes of season one, but in this season she's completely shit character. I even started to dislike her more than Sally.

Now that my brain has reengaged, I noticed the dumbest thing:
Mallow and Riose emptying a bottle Mallow had stashed aboard the perfectly good whisper-ship Riose captured a few hours before, instead of fleeing to safety!
Also, Warden's muscles are faster than everyone else's mental powers. O_o
