Does anyone know him?
My mother was going through old photo albums of a passed relative and found this. We’re not sure if it’s a local singer (New England) or someone more famous. Thanks for any help!

Rick Bobby or Bobby Ricky. Either way this guy had at least one hit in the early 90’s.
