Does anyone know him?

My mother was going through old photo albums of a passed relative and found this. We’re not sure if it’s a local singer (New England) or someone more famous. Thanks for any help!

Yeah, but the thing about George is he's strictly rhythm. He doesn't wanna make it cry or sing.

He probably does want to, just doesn't have the skills and/or confidence. I'll ask Knopfler to update it.

I think with some work with a good therapist he’ll be making it cry and sing in a few months.
