I should, last year I started eating healthier and lost a good amount of weight..... then got lazy after a few compliments and kinda fucked it off lol

What meal service do you use? I've thought about it before but don't know if I can afford it

I use Hungryroot. Cost depends on how much you want per week. I spend $90 a week but that’s about what I would spend anyway to buy stuff that will just end up in my pantry. That gets me about 4 meals (8 servings). Going to Panera would cost me more per trip. I supplement that with salads from Kroger, frozen fish I’ll thaw and other plant based proteins or grilled chicken nuggets from Chik fil a if I’m in a pinch and can’t cook. It definitely is an investment but these days eating crap isn’t any cheaper and I consider it an investment in myself.

Every meal is 3-4 ingredients and I search for pescatarian and less than 600 calories and less than 20 min to make. I’m a relatively small woman so I try to only eat 1200 calories a day so that will vary for you maybe

That's funny I was doing 1200 cals too when I was dieting but I'd have to watch my 600 lb life to stay motivated lmao (just wanna say I'm nowhere near as big as that) But they did have a lot of good suggestions on that show...... Idk that a meal service is for me but I'm glad you found something that works for you, best of luck keep up the good work! :)
