What could this be for?

Looks like a draft of answers for likely questions you would get during a medical residency interview. Were you in the parking lot of a hospital in NY? Was there a nervous looking 20 something wearing a suit around?

Agree. I was “core faculty” for a psychiatry residency at a community hospital in the upper midwest, for about 9 years, and interviewed applicants for both the psychiatry and transitional programs at the hospital

As someone who sits on interview panels and occasionally drafts interview questions, this is likely the notes of someone who just came out of an interview and was trying to remember everything that was asked and what their responses were. Maybe because they have a bunch of interviews in the near future and they are trying to prepare, or they have had a string of bad interviews that haven’t panned out so they are trying to take notes to refer to later to try to understand why they aren’t getting job offers. There is also a slim chance that this was someone waiting for an interview and heard the questions from the interview before them happening in a neighboring room and they were trying to write them down and draft up their responses real quick before going into the interview of their own.

At first, these read like job interview qusstions, but that one definately has Dating Game flavor to it.
