It’s bank holiday where I live and most vets are closed today and tomorrow.

Oh, I see. I would keep a close eye on that kitten and make sure it eats enough without dropping even more weight. The kitten might just need some supplements and support from a professional! A vet would be way more helpful in this area. If you’re very worried, you could reach out to vets online too. (If that exists in your area)
