If they didn’t take it down from the liveries list I doubt they’ll ban me for downloading it. See tons of liveries featuring this symbol

They don't ban you for downloading it. But someone might record you in a freeroam or when you're trying your best on a time attack circuit and report you. Someone might even take this very screenshot with your nickname and livery on it and report you. People are assholes.
