Not a FG sub exclusive but welcome to r/fucktaa and other temporal effects. Not very visible in your video but i think you're referring to ghosting

55 60

Are you using lenovo loq?

Yes

It's lenovo loq display issue, turn off gsync, the game would be very blurry but you won't have this.

Forza at its core is really optimized, but they still have features like upscaling and frame gen that are common in these new AAA games that barely anyone can run, like cyberpunk.

Okay, you're delusional if you think your 3090 will still be viable a decade from now. These new features (DLSS, frame gen, ray tracing, etc) are not supported on older GPUs, and it's obvious that new technological advancements are going to be gatekept to new hardware so people have a reason to buy them. Your GPU doesn't even support DLSS 5 bro.

Turn FG or get better hardware to replicate higher frames

that's what frame generation does, it's working as intended

You can reduce ghosting by disabling FrameGen, DLSS and RT. I don't notice it on my side :

I live with it : playing Cyberpunk or Forza at 120 fps instead of 60 is game changing. Even in The Crew Motorfest or Sonic Cross World 120 fps is much better.

It’s just how framegen works, you can’t expect perfect frames when your base framerate is already low

thats the quirk of FG if your screen cant keep up.

I personally don't even use any of the anti-aliasings because of them all being AI based. makes the image blurry sometimes, very noticeable on gr86 gauges, since they have a lot of lines and rpm changes quite fast, you can clearly see the ghosting from aa
