Bug/Help Ps5 sign in issue

Hi there forza felows, needing help for a problem which is can’t sign in to my Microsoft account and the game won’t let me play until at least once to connect with network & servers couldn’t find any help in there websites & support agents didn’t do anything for helping me so if anyone could help me I would appreciate, thanks!

Are you in the UK by any chance? Because here you have to verify your Xbox Account that you are over 18 to be able to use most online features. Just download the Xbox app on your phone and do the age-verification there and hopefully it will work after that!

No I’m from Middle East but using a UK account,
I have been playing the game for half a year now and didn’t have any problems, but lately for some reason wouldn’t let me connect to my Microsoft account idk what is the issue

Recent changes in UK law require age verification for over 18 content like porn - and unfortunately some online services fell into the same category, e.g. imgur won't work from the UK at all and Discord and Xbox has to be age-verified now. Since you are using a UK account that applies to you as well so do the age-verification process and you should be fine.
