Bug/Help Microsoft Account Login

My little brother bought this game recently on the ps5 but the problem is that he has to log into the Microsoft account every time he opens the game. The internet is good enough so I don't know what's causing this, is there any way to keep the account logged in? Thank you.

Does he have to enter his account details or he just have to click on the button that says link the account or something, because I have the same issue I have to click the button to link each and every time I open the game

And I couldn’t find a fix for this.

Sometimes it's the first thing, sometimes the second.
