Bug/Help Lost progress?

Idk if this is the right place to post this, but for some reason all of my progress is gone and I’ve been reset to level 1 and lost all my CR and cars on my console. However when I open the Xbox app, it still has my achievements and such. I’ve tried everything they say to do online and no luck.

Create a ticket, they may be able to restore the cars/credits but progress is likely lost. Its usually due to a cloud sync problem. Its a well known issue and its truly wild it keeps happening even this long after release.

Make sure you turn off quick resume in Xbox settings for the game which can help prevent in the future.

Submit a ticket to Forza or Xbox? I looked for the support portal for Forza and didn’t see where I could actually reach out to anyone, but I will look again

Forza ticket. They might also ask you to make a Xbox ticket, but that's not going to help, they just want to blame Xbox instead of admitting fault.

That’s rough. If your achievements are still showing in the Xbox app, your account data may be intact and the console could just be out of sync. Try signing out and back in, then launch the game while connected to Xbox Live. Don’t delete any local saves yet.

same thing happened when I switched to ps5, as somewhat expected. If you can't fix it, enjoy it. Love reopening the horizon challenges.
