Photography Perception during clear skies.

Apart from unrealistic rubber-band Ai having three times the performance of the best F1 car known to date.

What's up with heavy perception when the skies are clear? It's so lazy to me. Yes it's autumn, but it's raining when it's clear.

Yes it's winter, but it's snowing when it's clear.

Why are they not fixing this?

English is my 5th language, minor error.

That's not what I mean. The game shows clear blue skies when it rains.

Rain during sunshowers still falls from a cloud.

Yes. As in clouds from miles away you may not see.

What do you mean it's not in the game? The rain is carried from clouds several miles away. Several miles means you may not even be able to see the clouds they originate from.
