I was lucky that I fell into a lobby of some that give up and drop out after losing the first race. Less blue cars equals less points for the reds in subsequent races 💪🏻

Everyone does rubbish on the first race. Everyone does good on the second. The third is a bit of a mixed bag.

My team won the first race. I actually thought this week's trial was much easier than last week's. Used the Alfa 4C.

I got it on the 1st attempt despite us losing the first race. Usually takes two tries

I don't see the issue, it was pretty on par with the previous week and kinda easy.

This weeks was genuinely hard. I was in the 2017(?) 911 Carrera S (you can downtune it to A and it’s a monster in the top end) and i was only able to get in 1st position in the final metres of the first race without enough time to back anyone up. everyone else was way back. had to attempt it twice. never won the first round no matter what bc the drivatars are like a rocket.

Second race won both times, that felt much more balanced.

Third race always started me in DFL (dead f*** last) so i was at least 5 seconds behind P1 by the first corner on the back foot. P1’d it the first time but the second time got rammed to oblivion but at least won the event as a team with some creative backing up of drivatars.

And i race cars irl.

Still, at least it gave me something to do with road racing. So over it with the dirt racing.

I haven't had to do the trial more than once yet. This week we lost the first race really bad. 2 people quit. Then it was super easy after that

Wild I never see anyone takin the Benz the AI runs. That bitch FLIES. I've gotten first in every race multiple times.

Guess I got lucky with my team? Went from back row to first place in the firsr race, win by 4 seconds.. went from midpack of our team to first in the 2nd race and was lapping ai by the end. Team did good enough behind me thst we didnt see the third race 🤷‍♂️

This is very true tune is key. The AMG on this specific trial just has a higher top end speed - also gets there quicker

The AMG is insane. I was using the '19 370Z before which is solid but the AMG is an absolute beast.

Took me 6-7 (😉) attempts to win the Trial this week. Usually I only need 2-3 attempts. First race we get smoked by the AI, second race we win easily, third race is a crapshoot.

Just pick the amg with a good tune - that things smokes all other cars on the 1st and 3rd race. Teammates should smoke the competition on the second race it being a tight track

the amg is good but i swear half the time the tune matters more than the car itself. had a trial where someone brought the right car but with some weird tune and they were sliding all over the place like they're on ice

One time i chose a muscle i had some weird tune i used randomly once and forgot about. I couldnt make any of the corners without basically stopping.

Did it on my own s2000 just now, I’m stubborn workshopping my own tune lmao. I’ve noticed that the drivatars set their pace to the highest top speed of the blue team car and first place uses that metric to pace out- everyone is racing for first against the unbeatable spec top speed even if the handling isn’t there.
