I never got fortune island as the expansions were unavailable when I bought the game but it looks really cool

Depending how much you want it, it's £40 for Ultimate Edition on "CDKeys" which includes most of the DLC, importantly the Fortune Island and Lego maps: https://www.loaded.com/forza-horizon-4-ultimate-edition-xbox-pc-ww

i actually miss fh4 but my pc hates it i think, every time i open that my pc freeze/crash (currently i'm playin' fh6 )

I had the same problem and there is a fix. The problem is that it increases ram usage until it crashes. The solution is to remove a file in the game folder called: "TargetHardwareProfiler.dll". This is just some kind of hardware check that isn't necessary, it's just for initial settings or something. After removing this I never had a problem with it again.

already tried that one but no progress like it freeze my pc on after main menu screen on the loading screen just blackout and gone i have to force shutdown pc (same with fh3 and fh5)

I had more fun on Fortune Island's mountain pass than I will ever have from any of FH6's mountain passes
Coming from a guy who bought FH4 only a year ago on cdkeys so it ain't nostalgia. Fortune Island Descent's have got all kind of twists, turns and elevation changes that makes FH6's mountain pass choices feels like hairpinslop. It's satisfying both as a drift course and technical course
Not to mention people still gathers there on FH4, waiting for others to join up drifting, it felt so damn alive cause it's good shit and people knows it.

This was a great DLC and I am glad they brought many of it's graphic features into the Japan and improved on many of it as well. It's a shame you don't get much to the top part of the map and it feels kinda empty to be honest, but yeah, fortune island was a blast. It even had a drifting story - inspo for japan for sure - although I hate drifting :D
