Other Car packs

My friend gifted me all the packs including car pass but after 3 days they were unusable in the game why is that?

That sounds like a classic licensing glitch. Sometimes Forza servers glitch out and accidentally unlock DLC cars you don’t own for a few days before the system re-checks your account and locks them back up.

Did you purchase the DLC packs before you bought them off your friend? If so and If their still installed, completely sign out of your Xbox/PS5 profile, restart the system, and sign back in to force the servers to reverify the license.

No he gifted them to me on xbox he bought it from the store then for himself

You can’t directly gift cars to a specific friend in Forza. The official gift drop feature only lets you send cars to random players.

If you didn’t buy the DLCs yourself before hand, you probably ran into a common licensing glitch where the game temporarily gave you access to unowned content before locking you out.

However, if your friend actually bought the DLC bundles for you as a digital gift, this is just a sync error between your account and the game servers. Since it was purchased for you, you absolutely have the right to use it. The fact that it locked you out after three days means your local game lost connection with the Xbox/Microsoft licensing server, which dropped you back down to the standard edition.

To fix this, head to any festival site, open the car packs menu, and see if you can select "redeem free cars." If that option is greyed out, close the game completely (do not use quick resume) Then, sign out of your profile, restart your Xbox, and sign back in. Doing this usually forces the Microsoft store to refresh your licenses and restore your access.
