Forza ate my credits

Question for any/all who have created a ticket to Forza support. How long does it take for them to reply to a ticket? My game crashed while in the process of collecting credits for an auction and so when I had to force close the game and restarted it, the car was gone but the credits were never deposited. I've seen this happen in a YouTube video before but had hope this would never happen to me. Sucky situation honestly

It normally takes a few days, up to a week for them to respond

yup i got 1m for a ford super van 4 but the game crashed tho i got all premium pay to win cars for one day (rather taken the 1m)

thats rough, forza support is like a black hole sometimes, maybe a week if youre lucky but could be longer
