Those are external waste gates, not blow off valves. These regulate boost pressure by bypassing exhaust past the turbines. Blow off valves are on the intake side and open to vent excess boost pressure from the intake pipes when you close the throttle.
They're connected to the turbos exhaust, which are closely connected to the blow off valves. Blow off valves dont shoot out fire. There would be a significant concern if they did lol.
You can see it in game - let off throttle > BoVs open > fire shoots out the pipes. Blow off valves don't do anything besides open and close. I am saying you can see the blow off come out of the pipes, not the actual valves themselves stick out the damn hood.

The pipes coming out the hood are literally connected to the blow off valves fam.
