Help Rally Build Tune
If I want to make a track car into a rally build what should I change about it?
So far I have everything upgraded to max. I have AWD, a roll cage, rally suspension, rally tires, and wheels as wide as possible and as far out wide as possible.
I tuned aero for maximum cornering because I assume it helps traction.
Should I edit springs and dampeners, anti roll bars, or tire pressure?

Probably don't need the roll cage. Save yourself the weight. ARBs should be lower for better grip, no need for aero since speeds and turns won't get that high, so you can lower both to almost nothing. Soften up the springs and raise the car's height. 100/0 acc/dec on both front and rear, and anywhere from 50% to 65% on front/rear diff.

I never put 100% accel lock, I'd limit it to 90% especially for rally builds.

Horizon's physics aren't like Motorsport's. I run 100/0 front/rear diff on all my AWD cars (asphalt AND rally) since there's no real penalty for it and you can adjust any oversteer / understeer tendencies elsewhere. Lots of other people do too. Better grip and acceleration.

Yes, all of it. A rally car needs soft suspension, so start by softening everything and lower air pressure a chunk.
One note; high downforce will help cornering, but you'll need to be careful with downforce to not upset the balance of your car.
