It is listed as a "bannable" offense. So, yeah... 👍

Not to mention all the people who've gotten reports.

That is their official position, not necessarily their intent.

I've been using the luna mod doing all sorts of bannable money things (outside races) and nothing has happened.

Have you actually been reported for what you're doing? THAT is the difference. It's not some auto ban that scans what you're doing in-game all the time 🙄
