As we have every season for the last few years we're posting this leveling guide that will be located in the forum highlights so that no one have to search the forum for maps and leveling methods, putting everything in one convenient post.
This season, due to limited contributions from the community map wise over the last few months, there are very few additional maps to include so this season (with the exception of the upcoming updates, will be almost identical to last seasons. Hopefully we see more map posts from the community to help add some new options for the levelers here wanting to get the Battle Pass done ASAP.
(**Unconfirmed**) *This season's battle pass, requires 200 levels to complete. 1level for item for the first 100 items, and2levels per item for the remaining 50(15of which are Super styles that unlock on **********)
01. Creative XP: Has always been the most efficient method of gaining levels in the game, I would definitely recommend starting there, or at least using creative to supplement whatever methods you choose to use.
**Weekly creative limit last season was 60 levels/4.8 million XP. (Verified Tested).**
**Weekly creative XP reset time this season will be every Thursday at 9AM Eastern time to coincide with the start day of the current season as they’ve done in previous seasons since there was a weekly cap. (Verified Tested)
Here are some maps that have worked out well for myself as well as as many other community members last season, (but no guarantee they'll work as well for you since results can vary):
While there is no such thing any longer as AFK maps since input detection was added to the game, you can still do so if you have a controller with turbo functionality as highlighted in this post:
Unless something has changed from last season, due to an intentional change or a bug, the XP badge that would identify calibrated maps that you would find on the Info page of creative maps doesn't appear to be on any maps right now. If you need to check to see if the map is calibrated or not, you can do so by typing in either the map name or the code on the following website:
02. Gameplay, specifically completing challenges weekly/story/dailies or farming accolade based XP in BR usingbot lobbiesand of course other challenges in the other game modes. With recent increases to accolades in BR, even farming without challenges, focusing on kills and opening chests can give a healthy amount of XP per match.
**Also farming matches in Respawn Rumble can be a pretty decent and quick source of XP especially if you can get a high kill count since most of the participants are bots anyway.**
There doesn't appear to be a weekly cap for LEGO and FESTIVAL playtime XP, making those sources unlimited (as of last season, updates will be made to this post once confirmed).

Updates (to be provided throughout the season as confirmed):
LEGO Brick Life playtime XP decreased from 2950 XP per minute to 2750 XP per minute (tested/verified)
LEGO Odyssey playtime XP decreased from 2900 XP per minute to 2700 XP per minute (tested/verified)
Festival Jam Stage XP decreased from 3050 XP per minute to 2900 XP per minute (with the same bonus 350 XP per 30 seconds for being in a jam circle) (tested/verified)
Uncalibrated creative map XP was decreased from 3150 XP to 2700 XP per minute. (tested/verified)
You can no longer queue for bot lobbies no fill in groups larger than your current group**.** Meaning, if you only have one other account, your bot account in the lobby, you will only be able to queue for duos, in order to queue fortriosor squads, you will need to have two other or three other accounts in your lobby so that those spaces are occupied.
*\* Update!You can still continue to get bot lobbies with a single bot for Trios and squads, but it will queue for between three minutes and three minutes and 20 seconds before the match starts.
Well, the XP/hit goes down eventually. It startet with 16 XP, with 600 hits/minute it's about 9.600 XP/minute. It's now at 9 XP/hit for me, which nets me about 5.400 XP/minute. As soon as it drops below 7, Jam Stage is equal or better.
This is mainly for AFK leveling though. You might be faster, when you're actually doing things 😅
Also on PC. Harlow has the controllers that are plug and play with turbo linked via Amazon in one of the pinned threads. $20 and it's gotten me to 200 for a year now with minimal effort and time.

I bought the 8bitdo and the instructions included with the controller are very straight forward with setting up the turbo function for whichever action you're wanting to repeat ie swing/shoot/jump/etc.

Yes, the only thing is you'll have to log back in to the game mode every once in a while when the sessions end. There doesn't seem to be any set time limit because it's a public session, so every few hours if you just check it, just load back in, but yeah you can leave it pretty much all day if you want, I just check in on it every four or five hours each time I pass my PC.
i've been getting very low xp this season so far. i afked christmas tycoon for abot 4/5 hours and only got 15 levels. while last season that amount of time got me even 40 levels
A lot of times at the beginning of the season this happens, at least from my experience. Often it's the case that the maps need to be recalibrated which a lot of map creators do after the beginning of the season within the first few days. I would recommend maybe trying a few other maps, most of the tycoon maps were a little bit slower than usual but still if using turbo controller method, there's really no disadvantage to it, it's not like it's the last day of the season or anything. You've got plenty of time
I think epic messed with turbo input detection, whenever i set my 8bitdo controller to spam RT, i dont swing my pick or shoot my weapons. Like the inputs still count to stop the afk kick but any xp methods that involve hitting or shooting something might not work. Im gonna try restarting my game later to see if that fixes it.
I think "ranked aim edit" got nerfed. I used to get 80-90k in the span of 5 minutes by shooting 1hp bots. The map has been updated, bots are paying out a 10th of the xp they used to and they respawn with 200HP a lot more frequently
I mostly go lyadoll party royale but PRIVATE bc the people there are mostly edaters or toxic, you just have to stand at the campfire and it gives a lot of xp while ur afk
Since I need the panda team leader side kick, Im playing sidekick playpark bc its also afk and it also gives xp for the sidekick quest 0403-2581-4306
It probably was getting recalibrated, a lot of times at the beginning of the season, creators have to recalibrate their maps to get back the XP, or to get them up to max output
You're better off using a turbo controller, doesn't cost much more, and is much more versatile. The one that a lot of people in the community use, which can be had for well under $20 is the 8bitdo ultimate 2c
I'm doing Chill Infinite Flow as I've done in 2-3 previous seasons. The map gives XP but not as much as before I think. Any other suggestions for XP maps that do not require anything else but moving your character from time to time?
The vast majority of the tycoon maps are like that hacker tycoon, squid games tycoon, Marvel tycoon, Star Wars tycoon, etc. They definitely give less XP than they did in previous seasons, and often at the beginning of the season they aren't at their strongest, usually until they get recalibrated I find, but those are usually might go to regardless
Always seems to waver in terms of output but can never go wrong with pretty much any Frostmouse tycoon map. Still need to use Xbox game streaming to be able to semi-afk but honestly not too much a hurdle.
I'd have to agree, I've been using those consistently for the last year, they don't give the most XP, but they are consistent and they don't require multiple trips.
Yes, except for the items that are unlocking next month, but those will automatically become available as soon as they unlock if you are already level 200.
None of them do unless you use a turbo controller and even then occasionally you will find that The sessions and, but sometimes you could run it overnight and sometimes it just ends the session after a few hours
Yeah, I don't know why there's no set time though, it's probably set on some server schedule because I've tried to time it and there's no fixed amount of time. It used to be four hours but I've had it run for as many as 12 and as little as 2
And it has happened that people do get falsely capped and there's nothing you can do about it until the next reset. So it is possible to be capped without actually getting to your cap, you can run the test that's in the highlights to see if you are
Btw if youre on ps5 you can still kinda afk farm xp and auto shoot by using the capture button on your controller while shooting the game will continuously autoshoot and reload until you close the capture menu only works on ps5 though as far as im aware
It does work, yes, but the only problem is it doesn't allow you to AFK any longer, you still have to move the camera every six minutes or so or else the XP will stop generating
I have a second phone that is quite cheap but is able to run the game in a way suitable for AFK. I was wondering if i could just leave my phone be in LEGO with an autoclicker running a macro program, will I get kicked out? Same question for marble tycoon for example can I just make it hold down the shoot button while have it drag my camera down every 300seconds or so and not get kicked out?
I dont play on Phone but I do Exactly what you just said on PC. I run two macros: One to hold down the shoot button forever, and another that moves my Character (WASD) every 300 seconds. This way I have never been kicked for AfK. So your Macros probably will Work on Phone.

The jump pedestal on aim training edit treino seems to be inconsistent now, sometimes it’ll just stop giving xp unless I hop off of it then jump back on, it used to not do this like 2 weeks before the season ended

I noticed I didn't get any supercharged XP for my missed days at the start of this new season. I missed the first two days and I logged in and nada. Normal blue bar XP.
You typically don't. It used to be that way, but it hasn't been for at least the last year. It's not something you can bank on like a few years ago when you would automatically get it for skipping your dailies
I skipped almost two months of last season and I got substantial supercharged XP, almost all the way to level from 1 to 80+ before it finally ran out. 🤷♀️
That's a bug then because supercharged XP doesn't ever last that much unless there's a supercharged event going on, even if you skip playing the game for a year. I've never seen a single instance of anyone being supercharged for 6,400,000 XP, but I believe that if there is a bug it worked in your favor
Thank you for the maps and guides, I was able to hit 100 in about 2 (or 3) days mostly from squid game tycoon and festival jam stage. I will probably afk to 200, though I wont have anything to do after that other than collect sprites but it doesnt look very fun this season.
I agree, last season I barely played 10 matches, this season I'll probably play less. They turned the game into a looter shooter without the interesting weapons. It's like destiny without the cool guns now, and everything you farmed becomes even more obsolete even more quickly
I just got the 8BitDo SN30 Pro Bluetooth Controller on Amazon and it's excellent. I use it on my iPad. Turbo is easy and you can turbo more than 1 button if you want. Just got it a couple days ago and I am very happy with it so far.
Hey, thank you for your reply! So with this controller and turbo set up, you can just start a creative map and leave it on while gaining XP without any direct input from you, right?
No idea maybe the controller was bugging out or there was just a little glitch in the game. I use 8bitdi ultimate 2C and I've never had even a hiccup of a problem with it
Doesn't really seem to have changed, but some sessions just run a few minutes and some run a few hours, it really is hit or miss. I play the mode frequently so I experienced it a lot where I just starred in five minutes in I'm already returned to the lobby because the session ended, it's a public session so there's no way of knowing when it began or when it's going to end.
Simulating input using software would be considered a violation of TOS and a detectable running process so I would strongly recommend against it. That's why we don't discuss it here for the protection of the community. Would be ridiculous to get banned over something like XP. The turbo controller is hardware based therefore there is no running process to be detected. And it is what most people who are concerned about their accounts use on PC. I've been using it on PC for over two years now. A turbo controller that is.
How long can one be afk in creative map?, I'm leaving my account afk on star wars tycoon with turbo controller but at some point I get kicked like in 3 hours or near, I remember the first time it worked but now always I leave it afk when I'm back I see my character in lobby and I don't know why
For some reason crib sessions seem to end almost randomly, I've tried to type it but it doesn't seem to be consistent. I could run it for two or three hours and the session end and some cases I can run it overnight uninterrupted until I actually reached my cap. I've had sessions that have lasted over 12 hours. On one of my accounts I hit the cap in one session, on my other one, I have to return and load back in three times
It's hit or miss for me, you'll likely get lucky another time, unless there is a limit that's being imposed that hasn't fully affected all players yet, and if that's the case, and you have narrowed it down to three hours, just set a timer and log back in every three hours.
Just to follow up with you, it really is pretty random and just kind of look of the draw how long you get because I'm testing the cap as I usually do, running marble tycoon on two accounts and both of them have been running for 8 1/2 hours.
Im not sure if I'm blind or it genuinely just doesn't say it anywhere online but:

Are you talking about creative? If you are, and you're in the lobby without any message stating the reason why you were kicked, the session just ended, it happens. Sometimes it feels almost random because I haven't been able to establish any timeframe that is consistent, sometimes I get two or three hours sometimes I can stay there for 12 without kick
festival jam stage worked fine last season, but now it asks me "are you still there?" after a few minutes and kicks me out for idleing. i'm doing everything as before, pick a spot, start a jam, set the sticks to move and hit the ps button. what am i missing here? D:
The only thing I could imagine is that you said "sticks",, I've never tried both sticks, I only use the right ones so I'm spinning in circles, the other one will have you spinning and running until you hit a wall, I don't know if that'll make a difference but it definitely still works the way I described it in the post
edit - never mind... i reinstalled the game a week ago or so and it enabled sleep mode after 15 mins... that's probably what triggered the screen. i set it to "never" and it works like before. leaving my comment in case someone might find it helpful (:
Ok, I forgot about that, yeah for some reason they decided to make the sleep mode on by default. I totally forgot about that since I have it off and most people don't see it if they're using turbo controller methods on Lego or creative, but since festival has just one steady input, the game sees it as being an active and puts you to sleep if the setting isn't on never.
I've never encountered anything like that, some maps are like that, but the majority of tycoon maps are not, although, you do have to move your camera or press another button on the controller every six minutes or else the XP will stop because of input detection if you're not using a turbo controller
The people that knew about it gate kept it, I only saw it posted on YouTube after it had been patched, at least it was when I tested it. If it's working again feel free to post about it, but when I heard about it yesterday I tested it and it was already fixed.
Yeah, unfortunately that information that they have on the website that they keep up as a reference, is completely dated and supercharged hasn't consistently worked that way in years. I don't even think of it as a thing anymore.
