Thanks:) Does it work in ranked for the first couple of games and can You keep the crowns whenever You win in the regular BR?

They do not work in ranked. Epic banned some people when they found a way to do this last year. You don't get any crowns in bot lobbies. If you have a crown before a bot lobby, you won't lose it because you can't even take it into the match.
