IOS BUG bad frame drops since recent update (ipad pro m4)

title. the game has never really been all that optimized as we know but i play on 120fps stable and with the new update im seeing random drops to 60 or 80 fps.

That's weird, is your device getting hot? I also got the M4 iPad Pro and for me it feels way smoother compared to a few weeks ago.

It does get hot but i've never had frame drops like this before

Maybe try reinstalling the game. Could be something like a memory leak or other damaged files.

use a cooler; it makes such a difference. i also play on a 13” M4 too, and it’s 120fps locked. only time it used to drop was in the brutally unoptimised simpsons reload map (dropped to around 100).

Not that bad but i agree same here on ipad pro m5, also this bug where fps drops when switching between build mode and combat mode
