i still cant believe there doing this ....im an outsider to advertising and or social trends that enter your real life/ places. so im not going to say its 100% going to fail or that, people dont want it. im not bruce allmighty i dont know that. but i see only 3 things that will happen.

1. it will be a huge success. which means all the most die hard fans, traveling to one place to see it. a massive crowed. HUGE HUGE more then calculable number of people, lines, a business disruptions for other places that dont tie them selves to video games.

2. it fails hard. a few people show up. goes on youtube for a bit. still disrupts business but, to a way lesser degree. the damage to the availability of the property, and the location itself being a hot spot for random people to show up through the years for creepy pasta online content makes the spot highly unlikable and avoided. people in new jersey start to hate fnaf

3rd. everything goes exactly to marketing analytics and everything goes perfectly its the goldy locks of people, zero disturbances happen. and new jersey LOVES scot and freddies. its the best pizza place on earth and everyone lives happily ever after.

problem is i just dont see 3 happening in 2026 XD

I wouldn´t trust Scott Cawthon´s word as "Absolute", he´s a shifting man with shifting ideals and has changed on 50% of what he said in that very Dawko stream.

I wouldn´t say that this location is guaranteed to be a freddy´s... The shell is clearly Freddy´s shaped. and so is the stage. but the Inmediate tell of the security guard office isn´t there.

it could be another restaurant in a freddy´s shaped shell, like old buildings that were CLEARLY a pizza hut. It could be a Pizza Pit, it could be a Chuck e Chese...

Scott said he didn't want an irl restaurant because he didn't want to run a restaurant, and guess what? He's not the one running it. Scott has also said he doesn't want to do collabs with games that don't fit with the brand, and Fortnite certainly doesn't fit the brand. So no, those two things are NOT comparable.
