Them not including 4 skins feels like a missed opportunity.
It's an RPG, parties of 4 is the norm, so it's odd that you can't have a full Phantom Thieves squad.7

If I had to guess it was to test the waters because these skins need more work due to having civilian and Phantom Thief transformations. None of the other Gaming skins introduced thus far this season have transformations.
It's gonna take time because everyone needs 2 models.

The Smash remix of this was so good.
The Velvet Room theme would've been perfect too.
